Now playing: “Running” by Jessie Ware
It’s the time of the year where my student loan’s recently come in, and summer’s on its way, which is when I aim to start blogging my OOTD’s. Here’s a snippet of my wishlist, but let’s face it, student + expensive taste in clothes = unachievable goals.
1. Topshop MAGNUM Mid Ankle Boots, £78
These are apparently grey but they look very parma violet to me. Either way, these are so Margiela / Jil Sander. They also have an intriguingly flesh-coloured pair too.
The’ve managed to turn one of those ugly 80’s patterns into something really cool. There’s a capsule collection based purely on this pattern too!
3. ASOS HOLD IT Mules, £45
(Excuse those pesky arrows) An instant modern SS’15 update (although I’m always the first to complain in heels, so realistically, am I really going to trot around all day wearing anything with a slight heel?).
4. Zara Zip Cuff Jogging Pants, £25.99
I’m quite liking the sports luxe aesthetic at the moment. These are light enough to keep it cool and laid-back in summer.
5. ASOS Crop Top in Rib with Turtle Neck, £6 (finally, something I can afford)
Surprisingly, I’ve chosen this over the black version. A great year-round staple, simple, pure and understated.
What’ll you be wearing this summer?
